So why did Paragon live move from an OB van to an OB production Trailer and why have we gone this route rather than having lots of flight cases. Well there are several reason, many of which will help our clients in so many ways.
Much of our work is outside, with British weather it makes it so much easier.
Many venues are now tightening down their load in/ load out and setup times, outside of these times they’re charging extra. With a fully setup production trailer we can be powered up before most other companies have even finished unloading their kit.
Our production unit gives us a bigger working area than our previous OB van.
On Arena jobs we’re finding H&S are clamping down on vehicles (OB Vans) being in the arena once the show is on.
Moving over to a trailer allows us to use less vehicles as our support vehicle is used to move crew around which is more economical for our clients and better for the environment.
